Payment for Services
Minimum Hours of Cleaning or Cleaning and Ironing is 2 Hours
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
Neat and sweet Personal Cleaning gladly accepts payment in the following forms:
Cash or Personal Check (Please make checks payable to (Kim Holley) on day of cleaning.
Monthly payments must be paid for in advance by cheque standing order or cash.
If you need to cancel or re-book your cleaning service, please provide at least 72 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Failing to so so will leave us no alternative but to charge for the clean in full. Once we take a booking we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
Privacy Policy
We do not share the information through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.
Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
